We're bringing you a new version of the ice cream cake -- bite sized, mini ice cream cupcakes. No cake -- just ice cream. Cookie crumbles sandwiched between ice cream, topped with whipped cream. They're small enough to eat with your hands while walking around the park. You might get a little messy, but we promise, it will be worth it.
